BHAKTI YOGA
Bhakti Yoga (also known as Krishna Consciousness) is one of the great spiritual traditions of the Vedas. The practice of bhakti yoga enables us to awaken our true self and develop our dormant relationship with Krishna. The source of all life is understood to be a person and His name is Krishna, which means “all attractive”. The practices include mantra meditation, study of Vedic philosophy and selfless service.

THE MAHA MANTRA
In Bhakti Yoga, one of our main practices is mantra meditation, which helps us purify our mind and bring about peace and harmony from within.
The word mantra is derived from the two Sanskrit words "manas" (mind) and "trayate" (to deliver). Of all mantras in the Vedas, one is called the maha-mantra, the great mantra, as it holds great spiritual power.
Hare | address to God's energy
Krishna | He who is attractive to everyone
Rama | One who gives pleasure
